The Barrington Breakfast Rotary Club, Il, USA is pleased to launch its latest community service project titled “Breakfast Rotary Micro-loan Program” aimed at helping residents of greater Barrington area. BBRC’s motivation is to provide opportunity, not charity, for a low or moderate income person to start or expand an income generating business venture. This is a loan at modest interest rate with full expectation of payback. The loan is not meant for personal consumption such as food, rent, medical expenses, but for entrepreneurial activity.
